Is it possible to have our own customized achievement badges in Trello?

We are trying to find an online project management platform that allows achievement badges (like the 'community badges', 'role badges', etc. that trello already has right now). For example, in an organization Trello workspace, we want the members to achieve badges based on their achievements which could be related to any skill, like programming in Java, Music, Cooking, and so on. We want to customize these badges based on our requirements. 

Is this possible in trello or any other atlassian platform.
