For example, I have a packing list for my daughter for holidays. I want it to be on the board that I have with my husband alongside all the other things we need to do for holidays but I want it to be on a separate board that she can see, she doesn't need to see all the lists associated with getting ready for holiday.
@Heather Byrne as long as you don't have stuff on the board your daughter isn't permitted to see, you can just add her as a member to the cards that are relevant to her, then she can easily see what cards are assigned to her by hitting the "q" key (this is the keyboard shortcut to filter all cards assigned to yourself) or on the mobile app just go to a board, hit the filter icon (looks like a magnifying glass) at the top of the screen and hit the "@" symbol, then choose her own profile (it's the first one that shows up).
This can be a better solution that splitting things out into multiple boards which can become a bit difficult to manage.
Also, if you have a list of things for your daughter to do, consider creating a card with a checklist on it, then adding her to the card, rather than using multiple cards (unless each of the items needs to be discussed separately or, for example, each item has different due dates etc.)

Hi @Heather Byrne I love this idea! I would recommend the Unito Power-Up. Any updates on the card (adding comments etc) made in one board, will automatically get reflected over to the other.
Here is a post that will provide all the details:

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
