We've made changes to PDF previews for security purposes. For the time being, if you'd like to print or download the PDF attachment, you'll want to click +Open in new tab+ at the bottom of the preview window, which will open the PDF preview in your browser. From there, you should be able to see print and download buttons.
Our team's already working on how we can resolve this in a better way, so hopefully this is only a very temporary state of affairs!
