Inviting issues on the board

I invited a team's member, but Trello says that I can only invite those who belong to the team! How do I include the new member and solve this issue?

Which Trello plan are you using? (Free/ business class/enterprise)

Can you share the screenshot of the issue?

I am using a business plan trial.

Unfortunately, the dialogue box is too quick. There is no enough time to have the print screen. It says that I only can invite a member's team...

I used your tip to invite using a link (the second guide). Let's wait for an answer.
