Integration with gmail calendar

How can I integrate trello with calendar so that the various activities are displayed also in my calendar but without occupying one slot of 1 hour in the agenda? I am asking because so far I was able to integrate but it is blocking 1 hour in my agenda and I want just to see this activity as a reminder but do not want that block the agenda

Hi @Michele Betti ! Welcome to the community :) It's expected for the Trello integration to create a calendar invite that will show you as busy. I don't believe it's possible to configure that integration to have the invite show you as free.

However, it sounds like you might want to integrate Trello with Google tasks rather than GCal? You can integrate the two using Zapier. You can also integrate with GCal using Zapier and it does offer more customization - I believe you can configure it to create an invite in your calendar that shows you as free.
