Installing Masterboards and Trello in a small Business?

We are a team of 10 People and we would like to install Trello. We already have the Business account. Could we book a call or something like that for you to help us out setting everything up? It's about how you we set up the Boards and what ist good and what not? We would like to know the best practice to setting up the boards for a small business.
