Hello,
We are a small but international team and will be undertaking some big projects in 2019.
I have put a proposal forward to utilise Trello to centralise our operations, but it isn't clear which pathway makes the most sense for us to use.
We can all use Trello for free to conduct our own projects, but then for Power Ups and for us all to see different boards, we would have to pay. However it isn't clear whether we could pay for one persons use, and have the rest viewing, or whether we'd have to pay for each individual using it, or even pay per board.
Could someone please come back to me asap?
Thanks so much.
Hi James,
we do offer individual account upgrades as well as upgrades for teams.
Trello Gold is an upgrade for individual accounts. It's designed to give individual users additional features that aren't essential to the core Trello experience, and it also allows users to enable up to 3 Power-Ups on any of their boards. It's a way to support Trello while getting a little something in return. You can read more about Gold here, including features and pricing information:
https://trello.com/gold
Trello Business Class is an upgrade for teams. It's designed to give teams greater control over their boards and members, as well as providing features that may be important for businesses (such as CSV backups). Business Class team members can also enable unlimited Power-Ups per board. As part of Trello Business Class, your team members receive the benefits of Trello Gold membership as well. Business Class upgrades happen per-team, rather than per-individual-account. Business Class features and pricing are covered in more detail here: https://trello.com/business-class
