On one of our boards, I am trying to tag a member in the comments section. But this member is unaware because they are not getting alerts to their email...does anyone know how to fix this?
Have they set the setting in Trello to never email them? https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications
Alternatively, does the email go into their SPAM folder?
Lastly, if their email account is new-ish, and Trello tried to email them before it was set up (like a new employee) and the mail server said the account didn't exist, our server would stop trying to email them (even if their mail address started working again) and the only fix is to contact support.
