I've invited a new user (same domain as me) to join my Trello board. They keep getting sent in circles after creating an account and cannot log in to trello.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

It's a bit difficult to take a closer look at account data from the community side, so would you mind asking your team member to send us an email over at https://trello.com/contact please?
