I used the Bulk email option to add members to my board, can I change their initials?

They all came in as members with just one letter in the profile image...so I have quite a few R's for instance.  Is there some way I can change their name in their profile so they'll show up with at least their first and last initial?

Hey Wendy

At the point of invites already having been sent out, it's going to be up to the user to change their name or initials at their own www.trello.com/my/account settings page.
