I need to move a team from my Trello account to there own Trello account, I am no longer associated

I started team on my own Trello account for a non profit that I started at first as a volunteer. Later I became employed. We continues to use that Team. The boards and list there are going to still be used even though I am no longer going to be there. How can I move all there stuff to a new account with out losing any of there data? I need to do this by Monday...please any help is appreciated!!
