I need help upgrading to the right level

I have been using free Trello for some time. I decided to build a team space but I was confused regarding payments. I thought the standard payment conversion my team and I thought I would be able to pay y anual fee and get more than 10 people working with me. While on the trial I then found out that that was the fee per person using 2 or more boards on a space. I since moved everyone to one single board but my account was frozen (we are all on view only).

I need to understand

1) if having everyone on one board will allow me to work paying a single standard yearly fee (this is my understanding)

2) If that is the right plan for me, how I can switch to this option - my board only has the option to add a new card for the premium option and I cańt find where I switch to the standard plan.

3) where I can see what I will be charged for the configuration I now have with everyone on one board (when I tried to pay for the premium the first time expecting a 1000peso payment I was actually being charged for 26,000 pesos - fortunately my card did not have the space for this - but I think I need to be able to see what I am being charged before the card is charged.

Also, I have not found how to make a ticket to chat with someone directly as I have not found how to answer the questions regarding my account in order to make a ticket.

Thanks in advance,

Miranda

@Miranda hey Miranda, the new pricing changes with collaborators can be a bit confusing! Feel free to watch this video to understand it a bit better. But to answer your questions:

1) Yes, if you have everyone on a single board, you'll only need to pay for one person, such as yourself. To do this, you'll need to make sure those people are only members of the board and NOT members of the workspace.

2) Go to your workspace members page and remove everyone but yourself from that page. If they show up there, you'll be charged for them. So you want to remove them from the workspace, and then go to the specific board and invite them to only that board.

3) to see the pricing and confirm ,go to the "upgrade workspace" section and you should see a preview on that page of the costs based on the plans, and if you select annual or monthly.

Let me know if this helps!

Thank you so much for your detailed response. I have taken everyone off my board as you suggested. However it seems the portal is stuck charging me for the premium plan for 22 people.

I took everyone off every board- I gave up on trying to change to standard plan (although that is still my main desire) and I tried to run the card again. The bank tells me that the webpage is still truing to charge me 25000 pesos + (roughly 1400USD)

I really wish I could be contacted directly by someone who could help me, I am sure my page is stuck on a program Glitch.

I included the picture of the portal where it wants to charge me- there is no way of changing to standard or verifying what amount it wishes to charge.

Thanks @Brittany Joiner , I have tried to get through that link, but I can not find any numbers to match the ones it asks of me to identify my account. Thus I have not been able to get in touch with any human who would be in a position to help me.

I wish someone could get in touch with me.

By the way I tried what you suggested. I have removed EVERYONE off my spaces. There is no one left on my boards. And yet when I tried to run my card again, it was blocked due to lack of funds. I called the bank and Trello was still trying to charge 1400USD+.

I really think I need someone from Trello to fix this manually.
