I cannot receive verification emails from Trello even though I used this same email address to sign up to this board AFTER the issues in Trello so I know the email works.
I have been trying for several days now and nothing is coming in from Trello.
I've clicked the "Resend Email" link a dozen times at least and nothing.
I host it on O365 and am receiving other emails so the email is fine.
Driving me up the wall.
It's been resolved now.
However, I have a suggestion:
Change the message that the user sees. Instead of "we've sent your email" (can't remember the wording) then please let them know that the email has been blocked and to send an email to "email@example.com" and they will look into it. Or better yet, send the email annyway... so what if it bounces?
I spent a few days chasing my tail thinking my email was broken when all that happened was it bounced so you blacklisted my email address.
