I lost info on my Trello card - not sure how to recover or re-add

Hello,

On my Trello cards, there used to be several dropdown lists to add various individuals to the card.  For example, there was a dropdown list of developers, QA, AODA, etc that we could select an individual who was assigned that task.  All these dropdown options are now gone and not visible on the card.  Is there any way to recover it?  If not, is there any way to re-create it - a link or tutorial I can watch?

Have a look in the archive, its the stepping stone everything has to go through before the delete (would say bin, but there's no bin) oblivion.

I figured it out - a member no longer on our team had a gold that expired and the power-up was not active anymore. Thanks for your response.
