I issued invites to members but only 1/2 received emails. I have deleted them and attempted to re-add but no luck. 

Is there a simple way to invite them or a way or a way to access without joining and without my boards being public?

i also had invite email with “no board longer available “

So sorry to hear about that. It sounds like those members got caught in an invite bug we had recently. The issue has since been fixed, so your members should be able to join that board by registering a Trello account here: https://trello.com/signup
