I can't delete my own board

I am a free plan member.

I once had created a board, and after that deleted my account.

But I restored account since I found my board was not deleted.

However, now I can't delete my board even it's created by myself.

I don't know why, but I think that board belongs to nobody, due to my account delete.

Please tell me how to delete my board, or our team can't add another board.

Oh, I see what might've happened here. I've tracked down the only board your account is currently a member of, so I assume that's the one you're having trouble with. 

If you were the sole admin of a board with multiple members, upon account deletion you'd be removed from it. Thus, the board was left admin-less (as it happened in this case). On the other hand, if you were the last member of the board, then the board would be deleted. To resolve this issue, I promoted your account to the admin role once again. You should be able to delete the board now.
