I have a business account with Trello. I've noticed some power-ups don´t close after I work with them. Even though I click on the close button (X), they keep like freezing, without closing. Only way to get back to my board is by refreshing the page...
It sounds like there may be some badly cached data or a browser extension preventing these Power-Ups from closing like they should. Can you follow the troubleshooting steps for your preferred browser at https://help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello to see if that clears up the problem?
Alternatively, logging in to Trello using a private/incognito browser tab will also help us to pinpoint a browser cache or extension problem.
