I can't allow BigPicture plugin on Trello.

When I give permissions to the plugin, it opens a white window that never loads. What can I do?

Sorry to hear about the trouble! Let's knock out a few troubleshooting steps to see if that helps.

For starters, would you mind disabling any extensions in your browser temporarily please? After that, please clear your browser's cache, and ensure that pop-ups and third party cookies are permitted.

@Víctor Arcos Apologies for the late response.

We've fixed this issue a couple of hours after receiving first reports so now, BigPicture Power-Up should work fine.
