Hi @Anita Pearson - I can't see any tickets from you sent to Trello Support. Can you raise a ticket with us at https://trello.com/contact?
I also can't see an account under the email you used to raise this Community post, which may be part of the problem. Can you try logging in with any other emails you have?
Can you show us an error page or give us a description of what you mean that you can't log in?
