I am unable to respond to a team member because the comment box is missing

How do I respond to a question that a team member has asked.  When I open the ACTIONS WITH CLIENTS board and read the questions of my team member, there is no access that allows me to answer or make any comments.  Why is this, please anyone?  Thanks.

Hi Delores! Hm, there could be a few possible reasons for that.

Are you currently a member of the board? You can check that by viewing the member icons to the right of the board name. Do you see a Join Board button there?

Alternatively, where are you viewing those comments? Is that possibly in your notifications section(the bell button in the top right)?

If so, you'll want to select the comment to open the card where it was posted, and you should see a comment box where you can enter your answer.

If you still have trouble after all that, can you send us a message over at https://trello.com/contact with a screenshot of one of those comments from a team member? We'll be happy to take a closer look!
