I have created a Trello account using my email address.
I invited this account to workspaces in my Trello.
The invite emails for the workspaces were received at the Sales address.
However, I am not able to get the confirmation email from the account creation to arrive in the same email inbox
Without confirming the account I am then Unable to join the invites that were sent for the workspaces.

I'd try these recommendations first, which is on this help page:
You can test whether email notifications are going out correctly with this link: https://trello.com/test_notifications. If that's working, Trello is able to contact you via email. Still not receiving emails? In some instances, Trello emails get marked as Spam or Junk and end up in your Spam or Junk folder. Marking the emails as not Spam or Junk should help.
