I am setting up a board and want to know do I share the template with my team or the board?

I do not want anyone to have the ability to change info in the lists/cards, just to view and copy/paste. More of an informational thing.  And I want to update info as needed.  
Do I update in the template and they will receive in the board?

Hi @Nicole Parker ! Welcome to the community :) you can just make the board a template and ensure it's in your shared workspace. If it's a template, it will become view-only, so the workspace members can view and copy the template.

Template boards is a feature of the premium plan, so if you're on the freemium or standard plan, you won't be able to turn the board into a template. An alternative is to make the board public and just share the board URL with the relevant members.
