The title says it all really. We use Trello as a live interactive service board and when we are finished with a service call, we manually move the call to the 'Call Completed' list. Closing that ticket is done through a separate operation/program and the bean counters like to constantly remind us in service to close out our tickets in a timely fashion.
My goal is to set up a reminder comment on the recently moved card that is triggered when the tech moves the card to Call Completed to message that tech 3 days later.
Can this be achieved?
You can use a due date automation for this.
Automation 1 - Rule
When a card is moved into the list "Call Completed", set the due date in 3 working days
Automation 2 - Due Date
the moment a card in list "Call Completed" is due, post comment "@card this is a message for you"
