I no longer have access to my email
i no longer work for or have access to that email. Todd.snyder@smartroofinc.com
i thought I switched the email to Todd.snyderstorm@gmail but it is not registering
I have so many customer files that I can’t get to.
please help

Welcome to the community.
If you don't have the password, you will need access to your mailbox to request a password reset. This is the only secure method we have in place to ensure your safety. By any chance do you still have a device logged in maybe? In case you have, you can access and request a change in the email. Notice that the new email can't be associated already to a Trello/Atlassian account

No the company I worked for locked me out and deleted the email. I have all of my new jobs I there from my current employer. Please help me. I have ZERO access to that account. Isn't there a way I can reset the password using a different email?

Unfortunately for security reasons the only way to access is having your password and login or using the password reset, unfortunately there's no action we can take it from here.
