What am I missing? I have the Workspace settings to "Anyone can be added" when inviting guests to boards. I have the individual board setting set to "Members and Observers" can comment and she still cannot access the board from the invite link. I invited her as an observer and she cannot access it. Please help! I have Premium. I thought I could add a guest/client so they can access their timeline? I am currently using the free 30-day trial. Is that the problem? Should I set the boards to "Public"?
Hi Lauren, can you raise this with Trello Support and send through the URL of the board and the email of the user so we can investigate this properly? I'd rather not share this personal data over the Community - I'd also delete your last photo showing your user's usernames.
