I need to present the benefits realisation plan and proposed savings for a number of projects to the executive board.
Being new to Trello, what have other people used to provide the best snapshot of this?
I'd like to assign a benefit value to a Board and also to specific cards (both planned and realised). Then present this showing which work will drive the greatest value.
I've not found a Power-Up that meets my requirements.
One option to show something like this in cards is by using the Custom Fields Power-up. With this, you can set up a field called "Benefit value" which can show on the front of each card. Here is some information about using this Power-up: Using the Custom Fields Power-up.
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but hopefully this gives you an option to try out.
