How to solve Planyway "Failled to load members" issue

I am actually using de the planyway power up for Trello. Since few days, it does not work anymore. 

When I click on the "planyway calendar" link, the calendar pop up is displayed but shows the error "Failled to load members".

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

As a first step, we'd suggest going through these troubleshooting steps to see if it's a problem with the browser: http://help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello

If that doesn't help, your best will be to reach out to the Planyway team directly. As the Planyway Power-Up was developed and is maintained by a separate company, they'll be best able to troubleshoot any issues with the Power-Up. You can contact them directly at support@planyway.com.
