How to set credentials in Trello outlook addon

Hi,

When I add the addon to outlook (desktop) or outlook (ios app) I am not able to enter credentials, therefore get an empty trello addon which cannot find my boards. How can I fix this. I also have the same issue with the OWA version. All using the same windows account.

The stand-alone Trello IOS app works like a charm.

Because Microsoft has built and is maintaining the Trello Outlook add-in, they're the best team to reach out to with questions about the add-in.

Thank you for your reaction. I already tried Microsoft, via the email address presented for the trello outlook addon, but after 3 weeks, no reaction at all, so I thought lets try the community.
