How to see list of MY action items / to-do items?

If you have a team with many users, and many cards, and many checklists...how does one simply see THEIR action items / things they are mentioned in, so they know what they still have to do?

@bob g there are a couple of options. Firstly, any card you're a member of will show up in your "cards" view, this is a way to see anything you're added to across all boards.

Any cards you're a member of in a single board can be shown by filtering the cards on the board:

https://help.trello.com/article/787-filtering-cards-on-a-board

When you're mentioned in a comment, or mentioned on a card you're watching, a little red bell icon will appear on that card in the web interface, so you can see what you're mentioned on, this won't show up in your cards view, but will show up in the notifications section. Unfortunately you can't show only mentions on the web/desktop apps in the notifications section, but you can do so in the mobile app (go figure!)

You can also use Butler to add any card you're mentioned in or added to into a central board, with cards linked back to the original. @Devon Henderson included this in an article she wrote recently:

I have also created an integration called Benko Board that, as well as allowing you to use Trello as a Gmail client, takes all comment mentions and cards you're added to and puts them in a central place, linked back to the original. It also unwatches any card you're added to so that you only get notified about being added to a card, mentioned in a comment and removed from a card:
