I wanna trigger a schedule FOR "every 2 weeks on sunday" TO "archive all the cards WITH more than 14 days in list ___" AND "WITH a black ___ label".

I'm trying to implement this to make sure to archive on a expiring date only the labeled cards. So even if the cards gets labeled I must wait the expiring date to get rid of them.

Does the Scheduled rules has more filter options to archive cards on such criteria ?

@Ícaro F Castilho welcome to the community!

Maybe I'm missing something, but I couldn't see the option to add a filter to your action "more than 14 days" to only include the labeled cards.

However, there is the option to add a filter to the action "move cards to list..".

The idea would be to create a separate "Archive" board to keep all of these cards instead. In the above example, it's using a date variable for the list name. That way, it will sort your cards by the week ending date (the list will be created automatically).

The cards aren't being archived, but in essence, it's doing the same thing by de-cluttering your main board. Plus, you can use your archive board to easily report and organise your archived cards.

I appreciate the warm welcome @Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows !

I wasn't planning on detach/move cards from my main board because it seems

counterintuitive imo. 'Cause at the end of the day it'll be a separate board just to serve as a recycle bin. Although, this is a quick fix and I'll give it a try as a temporary solution.

At last, I do miss more filter options when creating a scheduled automation.
Thanks for the reply Hannah.
