I want to run productivity statistic reports on our open cards; not sure how to do that other than the few reports Trello is already set up for. Some examples are...
average length of time a card is open
how many days a card is open without activity
etc.
Hi @Lisa Eckert 👋
Welcome to the Community! There might be a Power Up or two that could help with achieving this insight. I'd take a look at:
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃
All the best,
Laura
Thanks @Laura Holton _ACE Rotterdam_ and hello @Lisa Eckert
I'm behind the company that built Blue Cat Reports
You can get reports on average length of time a card is open but depending on what you mean by how many days a card is open without activity we probably can't do that. We currently only track activity in terms of people moving cards between lists, but have had a few requsts to track other activities so may add that in futre.
Our help doc on our Time to complete charts is here https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-time-to-complete-chart/
That is how we would track time cards spend open :)

oh, should have said. One other option for time tracking is the Time in List power-up, which does what it says on the tin :)

Hi there!
Card Time In List for Trello does the following for you:
- It automatically calculates the dirations the card has spent on each list
- It can display the amount of to until due date or past due date
- It has a cumulative duration mode, which sums up the dirations on specified lists
- It can export duration reports, where you can pull out average times and also cards that have not been moved from initial list
- and much more…
Cheers!
