We are migrating domains and I need to figure out a way of how add members on the new domain who are already members on the old domain.
For example: membername@firstdomain.com has access to boards on Trello. I send invite to membername@seconddomain.com and when membername accepts the email invite they are logged in to Trello as membername@firstdomain.com (still on the domain we are migrating off of). I had membername logout of their 'firstdomain.com' account and try to login as membername@seconddomain.com and we receive a message stating the account doesn't exist.
Any suggestions as to how I can assist our members with migrating off our old domain and onto a new one?
@Jeff Corbit someone else might know a way to do this with APIs, but I assume you'd need each person to create their Atlassian account with @seconddomain and then you could create an invite link and then share with everyone who needs to join, and they can login to their seconddomain Atlassian account and accept the invite. You can then remove the old domain user from the board.
