So we have a board, a roadmap for our game, and members from our community are joined as board members, but they are not admins. I can't find the setting where the board members can't edit or add cards or create lists. I want them to only be able to see the board, where exactly is a setting for that?
Hi @Mircea Craciun ! Welcome to the community :) you have a couple of options:
1. Make the board public. This will allow anyone to access the board. In this case, only admins and members of the board will have write access, and anyone else will have read-only access. So in this case, you would only need to add your internal team as members or admins to the board - the external users can simply access the board via the board URL. You can then edit your board settings to allow anyone to comment on cards, including any external user. This is the most common option for community-type boards.
2. If you don't want to make the board public, then you can invite your external members to the board as observers. This is a Premium feature, so if you're not seeing it there when you go to invite someone to a board, you'll need to upgrade your Trello plan to Premium in order to use it.
