How to get the Outlook plug in?

Is there still such a thing?  There's a help page at http://help.trello.com/article/1075-outlook-add-in that says, "In Outlook 2013 or 2016, click on "Store" from the Home tab on the ribbon"  I don't have "Store" on my Outlook 2016 ribbon.   How else to get the plugin if it's still available?

We'd suggest contacting Microsoft directly for any problems related to the Trello add-in for Outlook. You can reach them at trelloaddin@service.microsoft.com.

It does also look like the email administrator can configure whether or not the Store button appears. You can find some more information about that in this Microsoft forum:

It is confusing at http://help.trello.com/article/1075-outlook-add-in

where the supported platforms are listed. Perhaps wording so that it's more obvious that an Exchange server or Outlook.com account is required.  Standalone Outlook (using IMAP mail for instance) is not.   Thanks.
