I have a paid account associated with an email address from my old employer. I personally pay for the account, but had it with my work email address. I can't currently log in without retrieving the security code sent to my old work email, and similarly can't log in to support to submit a ticket for the same reason. How can I get in touch with support to get my account back and change my email?
