I opened a Trello account because my professor asked me and my 5 other group members to use it for our group project. When I signed up, I said I wanted the free version. However, on April 15,2020 I got charged $638.95 which is ridiculous. What am I supposed to get a refund. I filed my complaint through Atlassian Support and they sent me an email confirming they're on it, but I haven't heard back since this morning. Can someone help me out cause I'm a college student on a low budget and $638.95 is money I've worked hard to see go.
have you pinged them again in the open ticket? that is your only recourse I think as the Community is primarily supported by users.

you indicated you contacted Atlassian Support. when you do so you get an email notification w/ a link to the issue. If you click that link it will take you to the ticket. Or you could simply reply to the email and the comment would go into the ticket.
