How to affiliate with trello, my integration shows this.

As a third-party developer, you're not and won't be affiliated with Trello or Atlassian. The only way to get that message to say that you are is to get a job at Atlassian, join the Trello team, then set a flag on your app key to mark it as first-party. 😅

I believe it's a little security measure they take so that people don't impersonate Trello to trick people into clicking "Approve".

This message is warning you that someone other than Atlassian or yourself is connecting to your Trello and, if you do approve the access, they will have access to all your Trello content.

I'm not actually sure what your question is here.  Could you explain a bit more?
