How to add an external vendor to my personal boards?

Hi, I am a new Trello user, and I work on projects with external vendors. I would like to assign tasks to them without them accessing my boards. How can I add them as a member of my boards?

Hey Manuel

You cannot assign a member to a task (card) without them being a member of your board.
