Hi @Elite Vacation Homes Inc.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

A user’s Trello account is accessed using their Atlassian account email address. So, in order to change the email address the user logs into Trello with, they would have to change the email in their Atlassian Account.

Please be advised that this will also change the email address that you use to log into other Atlassian products.

For more details, please check out this knowledge article: Changing an email address

You mentioned how you were unable to remove users. Are you a workspace admin? You must be an admin of the Workspace to remove other Workspace members. Board admins have a different set of permissions on a board. Only a board admin can remove users (but that still doesn’t remove the user from the workspace).

Here are a couple more articles that would be useful for reference:

Best regards,

Hamza
