How much a month do you have to pay to change the width of lists?

So the pages on the various monthly subscriptions didn't mention which plan, if any or all of them, involves the ability to shrink lists down into these useful mini-tabs that my free trial of Premium has given me.  Is the Standard subscription enough to continue using that?

Additionally, the site wants me to be signed in, to be able to view the ads for the various subscriptions, which feels wrong.  I was already willing to take time out of my day, to watch a lengthy, voiced ad, instead of this issue being addressed in print where it can be accessed with the use of less social energy and time.  I shouldn't have to give you more of my information to pay for watching your ads.
