How does upgrading on Business Class change the work on the Trello-Boards?

I still have a few questions which I really need to have answered before upgrading Trello to Business Class:
1. We are having a board where we are all working together. If we define a Team to upgrade, will there still be the possibilty for non-business-class users (not part of the defined team for business class) to join the board and edit normally?
2. How about private boards? Some of us are currently using private boards to keep ourselves organised. Will that still be possible when using Business Class?

2. Private board will stay as they are after the upgrade and it is usable for Business class users
