How does the Xero integration work?

Ideally, I'd like to have users, projects, and tasks to be imported into Trello and then have timesheet entries be transferred back to Xero.

 

Can this be done?

Hi @JME Maxwell !

I’m pretty sure you could build this workflow with Integromat. There are both Trello and Xero off-the-shelf integrations ready for you to check out. Integromat is a pretty flexible tool so you get to create pretty much any type of connection you need :)

@JME Maxwell the Xero powerup for Trello doesn't do that and as far as I can see there are no timesheet actions in the Zapier for Xero.

If you want this you'd need a custom integration, it's the type of thing I create with BenkoBot:

I've done some pretty sophisticated stuff with QuickBooks Online, Xero has a similar API. If you're interested in getting a quote feel free to reach out.
