I'm a new user. My client requested that I sign up for Trello to participate. I put in my own credit card number. I see how to delete account, but I'm concerned that if I do, I will no longer be able to use the system as part of the team who created a separate account.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Indeed, if you delete your account, you'd no longer be able to log into Trello to access that team.
I'd suggest you reach out to Trello Support directly at https://trello.com/contact, and we'll be a little better able to address your specific concerns there!
