How do you recover your list when an uploaded image has overwritten everything?

My boss uploaded a photo to our To Do list and now all the tasks have disappeared and only the image is showing.

Is there a way of recovering the list from before he uploaded the image?

Hi @Soumyadeep Mandal 

Those links are for deleting and archiving lists, Our list just totally disappeared when my boss attached an image to it.

We are hoping we can recover the list, however I think it is looking like that is unlikely.
