Hey we want to add a loom or another type of "how to do it" video that shows our computer and we talk it through. we want to put tese videos on trello boards. For instance how to order postage for pitney bowes"
Hi @jeff david ! Welcome to the community :) you can download the Loom extension, or the Loom app, from there, record a video, grab the URL of that video, then paste it into the title of the card. If you create a card with a URL as the title, it will generate a link card. For loom videos, it will look like this:
Alternatively, you can add the loom video URL into the description or comments of a card and it'll appear like so:
Hello this did work on the first suggestion could not make the 2nd one work.
Will people who are out of the office be able to see the Loom Video or just me because I have the loom extension open? Would you use loom for this job or does Tello have another preffered method for saving "how to videos"?
Thank you so much for helping us on this questions. We appreciate your time.

Are you not able to get the video to render in the comments of the card as shown in the 2nd screenshot? What does it look like for you?

Anyone will be able to view the video, regardless of if you have a loom account/have downloaded the loom extension.

You can get the same result with other screencast tools. Loom is just one of the more commonly used ones. For example, pasting a Wistia Soapbox video link into a card's title will render the same video card as shown in the 1st screenshot. I did notice, however, that the Soapbox link didn't render a video in the comments, so maybe this is only supported with Loom.
