My organisation is currently on the free Trello plan, but is considering upgrading. However, we cannot get an idea of pricing as we do not know how many licenses we will need.
I know that it is based per workspace rather than per user, but how do I get visibility of all boards and workspaces in use by our domain accounts (eg all those with xxx@acme.com).
Will we need a trial of the Enterprise plan, or is there another way?

The way that licensing works for Trello Enterprise is slightly different from other plans in that anyone who is a member of an Enterprise Workspace is granted a license and it's not workspace specific and it's user-specific an Enterprise member can be added to any number of workspaces that belongs to a specific Enterprise. You as an admin can oversee Enterprise-wide settings, including members and member permissions, and board settings.
