How do I create a new board that has linked copies of cards from other boards?

Hi!

I have multiple boards for multiple projects and one person helping me. 

Assigned that person cards isn't working: he's going into the search function, searching for cards he's @tagged on and then proceeding from there. The thing is, it's not always pulling every card and I have no way of knowing he's acually working on what I need him working on.

It seems like maybe the best thing is to make it so any card I assign him (or label, I suppose) gets added this own board. I can't seem to make a Zapier for this and there's no IFTTT for it.

Any ideas?

@Johanna Riggle SegesserTrello has no built in way of doing this.  However there's the Butler Power-Up, which is sort of IFTT for Trello.  Butler would need some tweaking from your side to do this.
