How do I collect and show card estimates, per role?

For example I want 5 people to estimate effort on a card?  Without being able to "enter" to a new line it gets very messy.

@Samantha Moynihan once you create a card, you can click on it to see the "back" of the card, and then you can enter in multiple lines into the card description:
