I joined the free version!!!
And suddenly I find out that my credit card has been charged in the amount of $199.9
This is theft!!!!
I did not ask to upgrade to a premium subscription!!!!!!!
And I can't reach Trello support, or customer service,
To ask for my money back!!!
Does anyone know how to correspond or talk to trello customer service???

You need to raise this with Trello support. My guess is that you've not found the right place to contact them.
Start at https://trello.com/contact and make sure you use the last option on the page - the others take you to docs, or will loop you back here to the community.
