How do I add information to the front of a card?

Hi @Randall Schwartz unfortunately that is not a current feature of Trello. Please consider sending your idea as an enhancement to the Trello team. Here is the info:

Jodi, thank you for your reply. That's too bad. I will consider sending my idea as an enhancement to the Trello team. 

In the meantime, I found an alternate way to display info on the front of the card:  In Labels Add-On, I enter a unique phrase (representing a different task state) for each Label Name. Then associate the appropriate label to each Card. when the state of the task changes, I change the label name. When I left click on the color label bar on the front of the card, it toggles the Label Name On, so I can see it all the time.
